LOVED IT! Jelena gave us a fantastic tour around Prague, I really appreciate all the small details she talked about. The VR part was also great, ir was really immerssive and quite fun. Highly reccomand to give it a try if you want to know more history avout this wonderful city.

Daría 0 estrellas o estrellas negativas si es posible. Viajamos a Praga con mucho esfuerzo porque nos llamó la atención el concepto. Por temor a que el trato pudiera ser una estafa, decidimos visitar la oficina en persona. Sin embargo, la oficina estuvo cerrada durante el horario comercial. El número de teléfono parecía incorrecto porque alguien que hablaba ruso contestó la llamada. La persona no hablaba ni inglés ni alemán. Mientras estábamos allí, conocimos a una madre y su hijo que habían hecho una reserva online, la cual fue cancelada en el último momento sin ninguna explicación. La fecha era el 3 de enero de 2025, entre las 10:00 y las 10:40 a. m.

Revisión:
La Compañía se puso en contacto conmigo y me explicó la situación. El número de teléfono de las oficinas era diferente al número de Internet. La empresa VR y las oficinas de turismo parecen entonces entidades diferentes.

I would give 0 stars or negative stars if possible. We traveled to Prague with great effort because the concept caught our attention. Out of concern that the deal might be a scam, we decided to visit the office in person. However, the office was closed during business hours. The phone number seemed incorrect because someone who spoke Russian answered the call. The person didn’t speak either English or German. While we were there, we met a mother and her son who had made an online reservation, which was canceled at the last minute without any explanation. The date was January 3, 2025, between 10:00 and 10:40 AM.

Revision:
The Company contacted me and explained the Situation. The phone number on the offices was different from the number on the Internet. The VR Company and the tourist offices seem to be different entities then.

Amazing tour, very competent, kind and helpful guide, beautiful and interesting route. Next time, I would greatly appreciate a circuit that would include the Bethlehem chapel and the events around Jan Hus, the struggle of the people of Prague with the Swedes at the Charles Bridge, the role of the Republic Square and the municipal building in the founding of the Republic.

A wonderful unusual experience. The projection is very nicely done and perfectly creates the atmosphere of the story. The tour guide Jelena is great, she is passionate about history, she leads the interpretation so enthusiastically that absolutely everyone must be moved. Overall a great project!

Perfect. VR animations are better than seeing it in a movie for example. It was a really powerful experience for me. And the lady guide was great. In addition to what was planned, we learned a million other things everywhere we passed through Prague. The tour was even 50 minutes longer than it should have been. Really amazing!

Lo probamos con niños (10 y 12 años). Por la información histórica, lo disfrutamos más que los niños, pero a ellos también les gustó. Nos hubiera gustado una realidad más conmovedora, pero nos gustó mucho todo el proyecto y la idea. El guía turístico fue amable, conocedor y nos mostró atajos y pasajes que ni siquiera conocíamos :) Definitivamente vale la pena intentarlo y visitarlo.

We tried it with children (10 and 12 years old). Because of the historical information, we enjoyed it more than the kids, but they liked it too. We would have liked a more moving reality, but we really liked the whole project and the idea. The lady guide was nice, knowledgeable and showed us shortcuts and passages that we didn't even know about :) Definitely worth a try and a visit.

Muy buena guía turística Jelena. Quizás sea una fuente inagotable de cosas interesantes de la historia y la arquitectura de Praga. La realidad virtual fue decepcionante, demasiado estática (excepto el último episodio). Probablemente acogeríamos con agrado menos episodios deprimentes, aunque está claro que lo bello no resuena tanto entre los historiadores como los grandes acontecimientos que influyeron en el curso de la historia. Los niños quedaron decepcionados (debido a la realidad virtual), los adultos lo disfrutamos (gracias a la Sra. Jelena). Calificamos el VR con 2,5 y la guía con 5 estrellas.

Very nice tour guide Jelena. It is perhaps an inexhaustible well of interesting things from Prague's history and architecture. The virtual reality was disappointing, it was too static (except for the last episode). We would probably welcome fewer depressing episodes, although it is clear that the beautiful does not resonate with historians as much as major events that influenced the course of history. The children were disappointed (because of the VR), we adults enjoyed it (thanks to Mrs. Jelena). We rate the VR 2.5, the guide 5 stars.

Nos gustó mucho el paseo por Praga con gafas VR. Fue maravilloso ver los acontecimientos históricos asociados con los monumentos. La explicación del guía turístico también fue muy interesante y detallada. Agradecería que más acontecimientos de la Edad Media formaran parte de las escenas históricas. Por ejemplo, la construcción de la Catedral de San Vito, el Puente de Carlos o una vista medieval de Praga.

We really liked the walk through Prague with VR glasses. It was wonderful to see the historical events associated with the monuments. The tour guide's explanation was also very interesting and detailed. I would appreciate it if more events from the Middle Ages were part of the historical scenes. For example, the building of St. Vitus Cathedral, the Charles Bridge or a medieval view of Prague.

Mi esposa y yo estábamos de TOUR y fue una gran decepción para nosotros. Al principio no encontraron nuestra reserva y finalmente sí, pero acabamos con un guía en inglés por culpa de los turistas, pero por suerte para nosotros no fue un problema. La explicación fue un poco pegadiza, pero la experiencia general con las gafas de realidad virtual no fue buena. Al ponernos las gafas VR (sólo en 5 lugares), vimos gráficos muy mal procesados. Los objetos o imágenes o como quieras llamarlos estaban como pintados y no tiene nada que ver con la realidad virtual. Quizás tengan gafas en común. Lamentablemente no recomiendo el TOUR completo a nadie. Creo que hablo no sólo por mí, sino por todo el grupo, que estaba visiblemente decepcionado y confundido.

My wife and I were on TOUR and it was a big disappointment for us. At first they didn't find our reservation and finally they did, but we ended up with a guide in English because of the tourists, but luckily it wasn't a problem for us. The explanation was a bit catchy, but the overall experience with the VR glasses was not good. When putting on the VR glasses (only in 5 places), we saw very poorly processed graphics. The objects or pictures or whatever else you want to call it were like painted and it has nothing to do with VR. Maybe they have glasses in common. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the entire TOUR to anyone. I think I speak not only for me, but for the whole group, who were visibly disappointed and confused.

Muy interesante paseo por la ciudad vieja. Después de vivir algunos años aquí comprendí mejor la historia de esta ciudad. Very interesting walk through the old city. After living here for a few years I understood the history of this city better. Thanks to Gaby we discovered many unimaginable aspects about the city and she even explained to us the incredible and wonderful operation of the orloj clock in the Tyn church square.
I recommend the tour, the time passed very quickly....

Marco is incredibly passionate, friendly and knowledgeable!! We stopped at the historical sites in Prague you then use the VR headsets and this is where the experience is like no other. I would thoroughly recommend.

We loved it! My sister and I were looking for different way to experiance Prague and we came across VR Guide me. It was very interesting and Marco showed us places and talk about different historical events than usual "Old Town" guides. Marco was a kind, professional and patience describing and translating for our multi language group tour. Definitely recommend VR Tour!

Went with family on Marcos VR tour of Prague. Having lied here for a number of years I thought I was relatively knowledgeable, but he showed me how little I know. His knowledge of the city and its history as well as European history was incredibly impressive. This is not a tour where the guide only knows key points of stop-off areas. He is a full walking encyclopaedia!

The VR part was really cool. Adding an extra dimension. You are stepping back in time, at the exact location you are standing.

I thoroughly recommend it for all ages. We had young and older in our group and everyone really enjoyed it and found it very engaging.

Amazing expérience!! Marco is passionate about what he does and the team has a great positive energy! We litteraly traveled in time at each stop ! The quality of the images is incredible, every detail is important and is charged with meaning and history ! It is the best way to visit the city and learn but mostly integrate the history of this amazing city ! We absolutely recommend it for foreigners but also locals . Amazing tour if you are up to trying something new and modern! However, be prepare to walk for 2 hours so I recommend taking water with you :). Enjoy beautiful Prague!

Definitely worth it! The guide is amazing, it lets you really dive into the city’s secrets and hidden gems. You can see stuff that doesn’t exist anymore, and you’d never be able to see without VR. It’s totally different from a usual city tour!
